Little Evan's photo shoot...

Evan's mummy had arranged this little photo shoot as a surprise valentines gift for Evan's Daddy....however Evans mum was busted in true "trying to keep it a secret" style...but I am sure husband/daddy loved the prints of the two most important people in his world....♥

All Portrait prices will be changing from the 3rd March....Portrait collections will start from £100.00 and all gift prints from £20.00

The last shoot of 2011...

Was with the lovely Sandra and her gorgeous family.

I first met Sandra last year as she runs a Zumba class here in Buckley...me attempting Zumba is another tale...so I was over the moon when Sandra got in touch asking for some family portraits.. and so here is the last shoot of 2011 and one of my favourite of the year ♥

Andrea & Family...

....It was 2 weeks before Christmas and my 2nd to last shoot of the year! It was also great to see Andrea and her lovely family 12 months on from our last photo shoot...hope to see you again next year and that Mum loved the Christmas gift :)

Changes afoot....

Last month was Sarah Janes photography 4th birthday..my baby is toddling and growing up so fast..

But this means that I have now 4 wedding seasons of wedding images and 4 years of pre-wedding shoots, family shoots and baby shoots that I am trying to store. I had to ask myself can I really hand on heart say that your digital files are going to be here in 50 years...and I cannot say yes. I can store the files in umpteen places but there can be no guarantee that over time the files will not become corrupt. And with each new camera the file sizes are getting bigger and bigger and bigger.....we are left with a storage problem people!

So after some research and asking a few fellow photographer girlfriends, as of January 2012 I will store portrait sessions for 3 months and wedding images for two years before they are cleared to make space for more storage.

Future facebook images will also change, from now on only the images from prints, products purchased etc will be be uploaded to facebook for you to share with your friends and family on facebook

I will be contacting all of my past clients where possible...
